What you will be doing:
- Support teachers in delivering a broad, engaging and personalised curriculum.
- Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to help pupils access learning and achieve their individual goals.
- Assist in implementing educational and behavioural programmes that meet a range of learning needs.
- Encourage pupils’ confidence, independence and positive relationships.
- Monitor and record pupils’ academic, social and emotional progress, sharing feedback with the wider team.
- Prepare learning resources and classroom materials to support stimulating lessons and activities.
- Promote positive behaviour and help create a safe, nurturing environment where pupils can flourish.
- Accompany pupils on educational visits and enrichment activities, and occasionally provide transport where required.

- Holds GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent).
