Location: Heath Farm School, Ashford, Kent, TN27 0AX

Hours: 35 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 8.30am - 4.30pm

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience, not pro rata)

Contract: Fixed Term - till March 2027 | Term Time Only

Start: September

  • Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons across the primary curriculum that meet the individual needs of every learner.
  • Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom where pupils feel valued, supported and motivated to succeed.
  • Use a range of assessment strategies to monitor progress, celebrate achievements and adapt teaching to maximise outcomes.
  • Promote positive behaviour through consistent, trauma-informed and restorative approaches.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and external professionals to provide the very best support for every pupil.
  • Contribute to curriculum development, school improvement initiatives and the wider life of the school.
  • Safeguard and promote the welfare of all pupils, ensuring their wellbeing remains at the heart of everything you do.

What you will bring
