Key Responsibilities:
- Clinically lead the onsite clinical team at New Barn School.
- Hold a therapy caseload and deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with autism, neurodivergence, developmental trauma, and SEMH needs.
- Focus on meeting the needs of EHCP plans through target‑led, group and individual clinical practice.
- Coordinate the line management of clinical team members.
- Lead service development of the school‑based clinical service in partnership with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Regional Clinical Lead.
- Produce clear and concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities.
- Work independently and dynamically within a growing and developing clinical service.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or Masters degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
- Valid and up‑to‑date professional registration and membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., BPS).
- Experience working with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs.
- Experience providing supervision and supporting a therapy team.
- Ability to work independently and within a multi‑professional environment.
- Full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Preferred experience in multi‑professional work within the designated specialty.
