About the job

In this role, you will provide critical HR administrative support for the smooth running of the transition into Public Ownership, supporting with the TUPE process and ensuring documentation, scheduling, tracking, and communication tasks are completed efficiently.

Your main responsibilities will be

  • Maintain central records, trackers, and SharePoint/project folders.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record accurate minutes and action logs.
  • Support preparation and formatting of consultation and communication materials.
  • Track return of documentation (e.g. confirmation letters, forms).
  • Assist with data collation, merging spreadsheets, and reporting requirements.
  • Act as first-line support for general project queries or information requests including inbox management.

As a minimum, you will need to have

  • A basic understanding of employment law.
  • A strong administrative or project support background.
  • Excellent Excel, Outlook, and document handling skills.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and flexibility to support a busy team.
  • Desirable – Office Suite qualification.

This is a 12-month secondment opportunity.
