An opportunity has arisen to join our Fleet Services team within Financial Operations. This team plays a key role at the centre of First Bus, supporting critical processes that underpin our day-to-day operations across the UK.
This is a great opportunity to broaden your experience, develop your skills across multiple processes, and gain exposure to how Fleet and Financial Operations work together.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting core processes including fuel data, fleet transactions, and mileage reporting
- Producing accurate data and reports for the wider business
- Managing queries and ensuring delivery is right first time
- Supporting audit activity and stakeholder reporting
- Working with teams across First Bus to build strong relationships
- Contributing to continuous improvement and process development
- Helping the team deliver against SLAs, KPIs and performance targets
