About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who is confident in accurate minute taking. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of HR processes, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy and compliance at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Minute Taking & Meetings
- Attend a range of HR meetings (including employee relations, governance and formal meetings)
- Produce clear, accurate and timely minutes, capturing key discussions, decisions and actions
- Manage meeting schedules, agendas and follow-up actions
- Maintain secure and well-organised records of meeting documentation.
- Subject Access Requests (SARs)
- Act as a key administrative support for Subject Access Requests under UK GDPR
- Log, track and coordinate SARs to ensure statutory deadlines are met
- Collate information from multiple systems and stakeholders
- Ensure data is handled sensitively, confidentially and in line with data protection legislation.
- General HR Administration
- Support the HR team with general administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
- Prepare correspondence and documentation
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
About You
Essential
- Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role
- Strong experience of minute taking, ideally in formal or sensitive meetings
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines
- High level of discretion and understanding of confidentiality.
Desirable
- Experience supporting or processing Subject Access Requests
- Knowledge of UK GDPR and data protection principles
- Previous experience working in HR.
