What we're looking for:
- Strong team player, able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and basic numeracy skills.
- Computer literate and comfortable using apps.
Working pattern:
You must be flexible to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays. Shifts are generally early and late turns, typically 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00. The role offers a mix of 2–4 rostered shifts per week.
Additional information:
This is a talent pool vacancy aimed at filling upcoming part-time opportunities. Due to the nature of the role, applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
What to expect:
After submitting your application, shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment – Train Dispatch Multi-Tasking Test (recommended on a laptop/computer). Successful candidates will be invited for a competency-based interview tentatively scheduled week commencing 27th July. Successful applicants will need to pass a medical assessment, including a colour vision test and drug and alcohol screening. Full training will be provided, including a 3-week training programme in Swindon.
