Salary: £23,896 base salary (£31,846 inclusive of night allowance and unsociable hours)

We\’re on the lookout for a fluent Welsh and English speaker to join our night team. You\’ll be the reassuring voice (and message!) for our customers, helping them via phone, email, and social media when they need us most. You can either be based in our Sheffield contact centre, or you can work remotely from home.
What you\’ll be doing
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Resolving customer enquiries via phone
- Responding to customers via social media
- Booking customer\’s assisted travel arrangements to support them on their train journeys
- Resolving web queries and enquiries via email
You will need to have
- Fluency in Welsh and English both spoken and written is essential for the role
- Great communication skills and a knack for problem solving
- A customer focused nature with excellent listening skills
- Comfortable working nights
- Computer literacy – Microsoft Office 365
