What Youβll Do
As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you\’ll be the go-to expert for our clients, helping them achieve their marketing goals while delivering exceptional customer service. Your role will include:
β Managing client relationships β You\’ll be the main point of contact, ensuring customers feel supported and informed.
β Implementing marketing strategies β Primarily SEO-focused, but also incorporating PPC, Social media, content marketing, and web improvements.
β Tracking and improving performance β Using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush and industry platforms to analyse data and optimise campaigns.
β Educating and advising clients β Translating technical SEO into clear, actionable insights for businesses.
β Problem-solving & continuous learning β Staying ahead in digital marketing while adapting to client needs.
