FirstFix Recruitment are looking for an electrician on permanent basis on behalf of one of our established growing clients based in the Hull area. Our client is looking for an experienced approved electrician with commercial experience to carry out work in and around the Hull area on commercial projects, but is also flexible to work night shifts, weekends and working away if necessary. Responsibilities * Carrying out 1st & 2nd fix installation work on commercial projects * Installation of containment, wiring & cabling * Testing, inspection & fault finding * Reading and working from drawings * Being able to work in accordance to health & safety regulations Requirements * 18th Edition wiring regulations * 2391 or 2394/95 testing and inspection qualifications * Valid ECS/JIB gold card * Valid IPAF licence (3a & 3b) * Valid and clean UK drivers licence * Being fine with work night shifts & working away if necessary Desirable Qualifications * PASMA * SSSTS/SMSTS qualifications * First Aid qualification * Previous experience working NHS or healthcare environments. * Fire & access control experience Benefits * Competitive starting salary * Uplift in rate when working nights & weekends (time and a third) and £2 increase in rate when working away. * £25 per day meal allowance & accommodation expenses covered when working away. * Company van * 28 days annual leave including bank holidays * Company pension scheme * Great opportunity to progress within the company
