LOCATION: Field based Bolton HO
REPORTS TO: Installation Manager
PURPOSE OF ROLE
Ensure all orders are completed, installed and customers are kept up to date during the order process. All tasks are kept up to date and to rectify any installation/order queries.
KEY TASKS
- Maintain constant communication with customers when arranging system installations.
- Monitor network services transfers/installs.
- Monitor timely resolution of all orders.
- Verify that all initial paperwork received is correct and complete.
- Commence the Installation procedure and liaise with all relevant 3rd parties.
- Order all customer network and broadband requirements in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure all customer communications are logged on the CRM system and all processes are followed correctly.
- Assist the setup of customer billing and fixing of rejects during monthly billing process.
- Ensure all customers are happy at the completion of installation and all tasks on CRM system are completed.
- Request and monitor timely resolution of number porting.
- Sell additional products to customer where appropriate and follow retention procedures.
- Undertake effective time management and completions of set tasks.
- Demonstrate knowledge of key products and services.
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
- Build effective inter-departmental working relationships.
- Understand Health and Safety policy and procedures.
- Provide any requested monthly/weekly reports on time and accurate.
- Additional ad-hoc reports and duties.
