POSITION: Order Co-ordinator

LOCATION: Field based Bolton

REPORTS TO: Installation Manager

PURPOSE OF ROLE

Ensure all orders are completed, installed and customers are kept up to date during the order process. All tasks are kept up to date and to rectify any installation/order queries.

KEY TASKS

  • Maintain constant communication with customers when arranging system installations.
  • Monitor network services.
