The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
As an HSE/CDM Manager, you'll be part of a team delivering projects on our clients' sites in the data-centres, airports and rail sectors. Reporting to the Firstco Project Manager, you'll plan and produce the safety documentation and processes required to ensure site safety and CDM regulation compliance from commencement of the project through to final completion.
Key Duties
- Development and implementation of Safety documentation including Construction Phase plans, and Risk Assessments Method Statements.
- Provide and demonstrate safety leadership throughout the project life cycle.
- Sensible monitoring of site operatives and subcontractors regarding Health and Safety, and Environment.
- Manage competency including training for site personnel.
- Ensure full compliance with all Firstco procedures and current legislation.
- Attend site coordination meetings.
Required Experience
- Have held similar roles in the past as an HSE Manager.
- Have a good understanding of the CDM 2015 Regulations.
- Experience of day-to-day management of site operatives, subcontractors and site work.
You'll be working on sites across the greater London area – a full UK driving licence is essential!
