A highly respected offshore law firm is looking to recruit an ambitious Corporate Associate to join its award‑winning corporate team in Guernsey. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of one of the largest and most recognised corporate practices in the offshore legal market, advising on innovative and high‑profile transactions.
Responsibilities include:
- Advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings
- Supporting and leading banking and finance transactions for institutional and private clients
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documentation across a variety of corporate matters
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across jurisdictions to deliver joined‑up client solutions
You will be a strong technical lawyer with a solid academic background and corporate experience who is a confident communicator with the ability to build trusted client relationships, be commercially minded, proactive and keen to take responsibility for complex matters.
