A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced financial services professional to join a growing team in Guernsey. You will support the effective running of the department, help develop junior colleagues, and play a key role in delivering high-quality service to members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Review listing applications and assess suitability in line with listing rules.
  • Support workflow management, capacity planning, reporting, and service delivery targets.
  • Build strong relationships with members, handling enquiries, workshops, and system demonstrations.
  • Contribute to process improvements, risk controls, team development, and regulatory decision-making.

You’ll bring strong financial services experience, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex information under pressure. This role is ideal for someone with strong client service skills, seasoned Co-sec or fund administration experience and sound judgement.
