One of our valued clients - an internationally recognised offshore law firm with a strong private wealth reputation - is seeking an experienced Counsel to join its International Trusts and Private Client practice in Guernsey. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced counsel looking to take on a visible, influential role within a supportive and ambitious offshore environment. - Advising on the establishment, management and restructuring of offshore trust, foundation and private wealth structures, including estate and succession planning.
- Providing Guernsey‑law advice on complex, multi‑jurisdictional private client matters, often involving high‑value assets.
- Supervising, mentoring and developing junior lawyers while promoting a positive and high‑performing team culture.
You should be a confident and commercially minded senior lawyer with strong technical trust expertise, who is comfortable leading matters, supervising others and engaging directly with clients and intermediaries.
