Are you an ambitious person, looking for a new career change that will bring you a rewarding life change? Are you motivated and driven to deliver an exceptional level of service? This position will offer you numerous opportunities to grow & progress whilst supporting the BDM’s, Branch managers and the rest of the team. You will also have a large input in the sales and marketing functions within the business. There is an emphasis on the need for marketing and the experience with this will be advantageous.

The Role

  • Dealing with all forms of communications from customers, clients and other business organisations
  • Keeping social media up to date, posting relevant content
  • Sending out marketing publications
  • Recording and distributing minutes from the weekly meetings
  • Carrying out secretarial tasks for the Directors
  • Managing the diary, for appointments and jobs
  • Processing compliance documentation and all administration
  • General office support tasks, filing, stationery ordering, shredding
  • Develop the current business
  • Prepare business strategies for the company
  • Able to work as an integral part of the team

The Person

  • Demonstrable experience within Marketing Administration role
  • Must have strong written and verbal skills
  • Evidence of professional experience in using social media
  • Attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • Have a 'Can do' attitude
  • Determined to succeed & stay focused on the tasks despite distractions
