Due to business requirements, we are now looking to acquire the services of an experienced Senior Private Banker.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Key Responsibilities- Provide investment advisory services from a first-hand analysis of client needs, preferences and trends.
- Develop, grow and maintain a strong HNI client base, providing wealth management solutions, mortgage services and other banking services to our target market.
- Support the growth and profitability of the Private Banking Portfolio (Wealth Management and Mortgages) through solicitations and referrals.
- Develop Sales Leads generation from internal sources, FirstBank group, client referrals and personal network.
- Onboard clients for private banking products and services in accordance with UK and FirstBank UK procedures and regulations.
- Proactively develop client relationships, anticipate and provide solutions to client needs and give high priority to client satisfaction, with responsibility for meeting or exceeding agreed performance targets and objectives, particularly those relating to net new money, income generation, product sales and new client growth targets.
- Achieve an accurate assessment of a client's risk profile, suitability and appropriateness for the Bank's Wealth Management Service ensuring a good outcome for the client.
- Proactively manage the clients' investment portfolios by applying a range of portfolio management techniques.
- Efficiently collaborate with other stakeholder departments critical to the successful execution of client requests.
