What You Would Get To Do
As a member of our Event Production & Project Management team at FIRST, you’ll be at the heart of delivering world-class, high-touch events for global corporate clients. Your role will blend strategic oversight with hands-on execution across every phase of the event lifecycle.
Your contributions
Event Production & Project Management
- Lead the planning and delivery of multiple, concurrent events — from creative development to onsite execution and post-event reconciliation.
Oversee all event components including budget, venue sourcing, technical production, logistics, registration, transportation, catering, and health & safety.
Direct show rehearsals and live event delivery, ensuring smooth coordination between content, speakers, and production teams.
Collaborate with internal creative teams to develop branding, collateral, scenic elements, and immersive experiences.
Ensure exceptional client service and serve as the main point of contact, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the event cycle.
Own event budgets — building estimates, tracking spend, identifying cost efficiencies, and managing reconciliations.
Negotiate and manage supplier contracts and onboard vendors in line with agency standards.
Build strong relationships with global suppliers to drive innovation, service quality, and commercial value.
Provide mentorship and problem-solving support to junior team members and colleagues.
Promote collaboration across departments to uphold agency processes and service levels.
Champion best practices and support team development through knowledge sharing and leadership.
Continuous Improvement & Industry Engagement
Stay current with industry trends, new venues, and emerging technologies — and bring that knowledge into the work.
Contribute proactive ideas to improve the client experience, event outcomes, and operational efficiency.

What We Are Looking For
- Live Broadcast, Digital Engagement and Event Technology experience essential
- Advanced project management skills, including budget creation, management and reconciliation.
- Strong knowledge of digital and technical aspects of productions including but not limited to general sessions, awards shows, activations, film production, virtual events and/or experiential events.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel is required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Exceptional ability to establish relationships and maintain a positive rapport with clients, vendors and suppliers, with the demonstrated ability to manage and grow accounts.
- Advanced negotiating, risk management and contracting skills.
- Advanced working knowledge of key destinations including venues and suppliers.
- Calm and flexible approach to handling the pressure and stress of ever changing demands.
