About the Role

The Claims Assistant role is phone‑based and you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers looking to begin their personal injury claim.

Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound claim enquiries via telephone.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Accurately obtain and update the case management system with all relevant customer and claim details.
  • Assess the potential success of the claim.
  • Identify the most appropriate protocol to begin the claim.
  • Act with empathy and professionalism at all times while delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Pro‑actively communicate with customers to assist them in beginning their claim.
  • Assist the Fee Earner’s with tasks as required.

Candidate Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs; Maths and English are essential.
  • Experience working within a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment is desirable.
  • Experience and knowledge of handling customer telephone calls is essential.
