We are looking for EXPERIENCED --AND-- NEW CARERS to join our expanding team to support our clients (adults) to live independently in their own homes across Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
What We Offer:

- Paid mileage between care visits
- Fully paid training: classroom, online, induction & shadowing
- Flexible shifts: mornings, afternoons, evenings and/or weekends (you decide)

Your Role:
- - Decide to work full or part-time.
- - Visit clients in their homes in and around Cheltenham, usually for 30 minutes, up to 2 hours at a time.
- - Deliver personal support to them, such as meal prep, light domestic cleaning, medication support, grooming and hygiene.
- - Provide companionship and emotional reassurance
- - Help them to live independently at home instead of having to move to a care home
- - Maintain safety and comfort at home for them
- - Occasionally, provide shopping and Dr appointment assistance
- - Most clients are elderly
- - Work as part of a care team, supported by a full-time office (some appointments are two carers at a time)
What We’re Looking For:
- - Caring, patient, and dependable individuals
- - Based in or around Cheltenham
- - Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (Required)
- - Legal right to work in the UK (no sponsorship)
- - Availability for mornings, evenings, and/or weekends (fix around your availability)
