Role Description
First2Protect are looking to fill two, on-site Sales Leader roles, based in its newly refurbished Exeter city centre office. Sales Leaders will oversee and manage the performance of a sales team, driving sales initiatives and meeting revenue goals. Roles are positioned at Manager or Team Leader level depending on demonstrated experience.

Your Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients and team members
- Experience leading a sales team or teams in a contact centre environment, creating a high performing sales culture
- Demonstrated leadership success in sales and the ability to understand and exceed revenue targets
- Experience in direct sales coaching and mentoring to enhance team performance
- Proficiency in sales management, including creating strategies and monitoring sales operations, identifying risk and opportunity
- Demonstrated experience in contact centre innovation and change delivery
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced workplace
- Familiarity with property insurance or the financial services industry is advantageous
