What You Would Get To Do
As a member of our Event Production & Project Management team at FIRST, you’ll be at the heart of delivering world-class, high-touch events for global corporate clients. Your role will blend strategic oversight with hands-on execution across every phase of the event lifecycle.
Your contributions
Event Production & Project Management
- Lead the planning and delivery of multiple, concurrent events — from creative development to onsite execution and post-event reconciliation.
- Oversee all event components including budget, venue sourcing, technical production, logistics, registration, transportation, catering, and health & safety.
- Direct show rehearsals and live event delivery, ensuring smooth coordination between content, speakers, and production teams.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams to develop branding, collateral, scenic elements, and immersive experiences.
- Ensure exceptional client service and serve as the main point of contact, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the event cycle.
Financial & Vendor Management
- Own event budgets — building estimates, tracking spend, identifying cost efficiencies, and managing reconciliations.
- Negotiate and manage supplier contracts and onboard vendors in line with agency standards.
- Build strong relationships with global suppliers to drive innovation, service quality, and commercial value.
Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Provide mentorship and problem-solving support to junior team members and colleagues.
- Promote collaboration across departments to uphold agency processes and service levels.
- Champion best practices and support team development through knowledge sharing and leadership.
Continuous Improvement & Industry Engagement
- Stay current with industry trends, new venues, and emerging technologies — and bring that knowledge into the work.
- Contribute proactive ideas to improve the client experience, event outcomes, and operational efficiency.

What We Are Looking For
- Live Broadcast, Digital Engagement and Event Technology experience essential
- Advanced project management skills, including budget creation, management and reconciliation.
- Strong knowledge of digital and technical aspects of productions including but not limited to general sessions, awards shows, activations, film production, virtual events and/or experiential events.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel is required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Exceptional ability to establish relationships and maintain a positive rapport with clients, vendors and suppliers, with the demonstrated ability to manage and grow accounts.
- Advanced negotiating, risk management and contracting skills.
- Advanced working knowledge of key destinations including venues and suppliers.
- Calm and flexible approach to handling the pressure and stress of ever changing demands.
