What You Would Get To Do Manage and deliver independent event projects, including planning and execution of digital, virtual, in-person, or hybrid events of low to medium complexity, or support larger events as a team member. Coordinate all event elements such as registration, transportation, accommodation, entertainment, gifts, audio/visual needs, webcasts, and staging. Your Contributions Support attendee and stakeholder communications. Maintain task lists and timelines. Manage specific event elements like F&B for larger projects. Assist with Speaker Management and basic financial tasks, including budgeting, expense tracking, invoicing, and post-event reconciliation. Travel as needed for site inspections and on-site event management. Support vendor relationships and ensure compliance with client standards and policies. Create value adds and demonstrate commercial awareness. Share best practices and knowledge of suppliers, services, and venues. Qualifications, Key Skills & Experience Proven experience in Event Management. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Excellent communication skills. Self-motivated, able to work independently, and support project planning. Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure. Resourceful, proactive, and creative problem-solver. Strong team player with customer focus. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Highly organized and adaptable to changing demands.
