What You Would Get To Do
- Manage and deliver independent event projects, including planning and execution of digital, virtual, in-person, or hybrid events of low to medium complexity, or support larger events as a team member.
- Coordinate all event elements such as registration, transportation, accommodation, entertainment, gifts, audio/visual needs, webcasts, and staging.
Your Contributions
- Support attendee and stakeholder communications.
- Maintain task lists and timelines.
- Manage specific event elements like F&B for larger projects.
- Assist with Speaker Management and basic financial tasks, including budgeting, expense tracking, invoicing, and post-event reconciliation.
- Travel as needed for site inspections and on-site event management.
- Support vendor relationships and ensure compliance with client standards and policies.
- Create value adds and demonstrate commercial awareness.
- Share best practices and knowledge of suppliers, services, and venues.
Qualifications, Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Event Management.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and support project planning.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
- Resourceful, proactive, and creative problem-solver.
- Strong team player with customer focus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Highly organized and adaptable to changing demands.
