The Designer is responsible for generating graphic design deliverables as assigned throughout a project lifecycle and ensuring final outputs of the highest quality to achieve client goals. The Designer works closely with internal and client-facing project teams to support client needs and may work occasionally with existing external vendors (i.e. print) to ensure quality outputs and deliverables.
Your Contributions
- Deliver outstanding, well-thought-out design concepts that help sell the creative direction to clients.
- Execute internal and external graphic design projects including logos, meeting theme identities, signage, environmental branding, small and large print assets, digital assets, proposal and presenter decks, and on-screen assets.
- Conceptualize and design from creative brief through to final delivery, ensuring brand consistency across digital, print, and experiential media.
- Source and advise on stock imagery, templates, and other design resources.
- Ensure digital graphics, presentations, and print deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and have a consistent style, approach, and tone.
- Ensure print deliverables follow a strict proof process and adhere to print specs to ensure install is a success.
- Provide onsite graphic support for live and digital events, ensuring all large-scale print deliverables are executed accurately.
- Manage and operate onsite screen assets, including live editing of GFX presentations and running event decks.
- Monitor project time requirements against budget and scope, escalating where needed.
- Manage and quality control edits, ensuring deliverables meet creative and compliance standards.
- Share knowledge of new suppliers, services, and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Support ad hoc design and creative requests as required.
What We Are Looking For
- 2-4+ yearsβ professional experience in graphic design across print, digital, and presentation formats.
- Experience in live or digital events and/or experiential marketing.
- Knowledge of emerging design trends, storytelling techniques, and content platforms.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere, and/or Final Cut Pro.
- Experience designing for both digital and print media.
- Proficiency in presentation design software (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, Prezi).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Creative, ambitious, and proactive problem-solver.
- Team-oriented but able to work independently with minimal supervision.
