We’re looking for experienced Bus Drivers to join our team in Worcester. This is a permanent, full-time role, working 38 hours per week, with stable hours and planned rotas. If you’re already a qualified PCV driver and want a steady role with a supportive depot, this could be a good fit. You’ll be driving local bus routes, helping passengers get where they need to be safely and on time.

What’s in it for you?

  • You’ll earn £15.00 per hour, with the opportunity to increase your earnings through overtime when it’s available.
  • This is a full time, permanent role with guaranteed contracted hours, and your shifts will be planned in advance so you know what your working week looks like ahead of time.
  • You’ll work a rotating shift pattern covering mornings, evenings, and weekends, but everything is scheduled to give you as much predictability as possible.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for safely operating local bus services, ensuring passengers are transported reliably, comfortably, and on time. It’s a professional driving role where safety, professionalism, and good customer service are key. You’ll represent First Bus in your local area and play an important role in keeping communities connected.
