We are looking to add a new member to our Car Leasing Administration Team. This team is one of the most important in the company and covers a wide range of tasks. The successful candidate will be required to process our customers from finance application, through document preparation and completion, and delivery of their new car. They will be expected to give customers the highest level of service to help them through their journey and work with colleagues to ensure the most efficient processing of our orders.

Although prior experience in an administration role would be desirable, it is not required as we are seeking to employ the right person, with a great attitude and work ethic. First Vehicle Leasing is one of the leading leasing brokers in the UK and, due to recent investment, we are ambitious to expand our business and increase our market share and industry standing. FVL was founded in 1999 and has consistently provided great prices and excellent service over the last 25 years. We work with all the major finance companies in our industry and have fostered great relationships with all the main manufacturers and dealer groups in the UK.

Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will be expected to process our customers from finance application, through document preparation and completion, and delivery of their new car.
  • They will be expected to give customers the highest level of service to help them through their journey and work with colleagues to ensure the most efficient processing of our orders.
Qualifications:
  • IT skills to operate our CRM and the finance systems of our partners.
  • Excellent phone manner.
  • Great organisational skills and self-motivation.
  • A willingness to work towards both team and individual targets.
  • An ability to learn, change, and evolve in a fast-paced environment.
