FIRST UK is seeking a Delivery Director to lead growth and scalable delivery across our education and STEM access programmes in the UK.
You will own relationships with educators, employers, government and partners, ensuring safety, quality and impact for young people, teachers and volunteers.
You will implement a regional growth framework, drive engagement with schools and MATs, and supervise a distributed delivery team to achieve ambitious participation and outcomes by 2030.
