First Time Finance is expanding and we are looking for a highly organised, detailâdriven Mortgage Paraplanner to support our advisers and help clients move closer to owning their first home in the UK.
If you have at least 1 year of experience in mortgage admin or paraplanning, a keen eye for detail, perseverance when success looks unlikely, and a passion for solving problems for clients, we would love to hear from you.
What Youâll Be Doing
- Review client documents (ID, payslips, bank statements, visas) for accuracy and lender criteria fit
- Complete lender affordability checks and run product sourcing
- Manage our AIP Process
- Keep clients updated to ensure a smooth and stressâfree journey
- Work directly with one adviser
What Weâre Looking For
- 1+ year experience in a mortgage admin, case manager, or paraplanning role
- Strong understanding of the mortgage process, lender documentation, and affordability assessments
- Confident using lender portals and online systems
- Highly organised, calm under pressure, and able to manage a busy pipeline
- Excellent communicator with a clientâfirst attitude
- Proactive, detailâfocused, and eager to solve problems!
