You will be part of a team that moves quickly, supports each other, and gets things done. You will benefit from a hybrid working model that provides flexibility, along with a strong focus on employee wellbeing. We invest in our people with regular team events, values-led initiatives, and a culture built on collaboration and trust. As part of a business with teams in the UK and South Africa (and a wider international footprint), you will be joining a company with global reach and ambition, even though this role itself is UK-focused. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy being part of a positive, can-do team, and want to grow your career in a business that is scaling quickly, this is the place for you.
About the role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Executive to turn our brand, communication and marketing strategy into live, impactful campaigns. You will take our brand positioning, communications direction, and commercial goals, and translate them into high-quality, multi-channel campaigns that strengthen our presence, engage our audience, and drive measurable results. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, ideal for someone with proven B2B marketing experience within the technology sector, who enjoys planning, building, and delivering campaigns end-to-end. The role also plays a key part in supporting the sales team through the creation of high-quality, on-brand marketing and proposal materials.
Key responsibilities
- Campaign Development & Delivery
- Translate marketing strategy into actionable, results-driven campaigns.
- Plan, build, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, events).
- Take a creative, hands-on approach to campaign delivery, producing high-quality marketing assets using Canva (including social graphics, campaign visuals, presentations, and digital content).
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are on-brand and on schedule.
- Vendor & Partner Marketing
- Create compelling proposals and funding requests to secure vendor marketing funds.
- Coordinate and deliver co-funded campaigns in partnership with key vendors.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness and ROI of all partner-funded activity.
- Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across core platforms.
- Create engaging written and visual content to support social and digital campaigns.
- Drive traffic to the website through paid and organic activity.
- Monitor analytics and adjust campaigns to support continuous performance improvements.
- Sales Enablement and Marketing Support
- Support the sales team by creating and maintaining marketing materials for customer presentations, proposals, and pitches.
- Design and update sales collateral using Canva, ensuring materials are professional, compelling, and on-brand.
- Ensure consistency of messaging and positioning across all customer-facing materials in line with the wider brand and communication strategy.
- Work collaboratively with sales stakeholders to tailor materials for different customers and opportunities while maintaining brand integrity.
- Campaign Measurement & Reporting
- Track and report on KPIs for all marketing activity.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimise future campaigns.
Skills and experience
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within the technology sector.
- Proven experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Confident creating campaign assets using Canva (or similar design tools) as part of hands-on campaign delivery.
- Familiarity with vendor and partner marketing funding processes.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Comfortable working with marketing analytics tools and reporting on performance and ROI.
What we're looking for
- A self-starter who enjoys turning strategy into practical, measurable marketing activity.
- Someone comfortable working closely with sales teams to support customer-facing activity.
- A commercially minded marketer who understands how campaigns and materials support revenue growth.
- A detail-oriented individual who ensures brand consistency across all outputs.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, positive, 'can-do' environment.
