Our Client has a requirement for a MEICA Project Commissioning Manager, who will be required to work on a contract basis across UK water infrastructure projects from the Client Warrington office.
Role Purpose: To support the delivery of MEICA works across the full project lifecycle from outline design through to installation, commissioning and handover. The role will ensure safe, high-quality and compliant delivery of MEICA packages while working within multidisciplinary teams across a major water framework. The position requires a mix of office, remote and site-based working, supporting both design and construction phases.
Job Role Responsibilities:
- Promote health, safety and wellbeing across all stages of design and delivery
- Manage MEICA packages including installation, commissioning and coordination activities
- Support HAZOP, HAZCON and other technical/project delivery meetings
- Work with engineering teams to develop construction sequences, programmes and budgets
- Coordinate with design, pre-construction and delivery teams to resolve technical challenges
- Ensure high-quality, right-first-time delivery standards are achieved
- Build and maintain strong relationships with site teams, supply chain and stakeholders
- Monitor project performance and provide progress reporting, including mitigation strategies
