We are hiring a Talent Engagement Manager on a day-rate contract to partner with the GB business on a critical, high-impact commercial hiring project. This role will have accountability for Commercial hiring and will support one of the most strategically important markets within Europe.
This is an immediately available requirement supporting a large-scale commercial transformation. The Talent Engagement Manager will act as a trusted partner to senior GB leaders, ensuring the attraction and engagement of high-calibre, diverse talent for a fast-growing and business-critical market.
The Opportunity
- Partner closely with GB Commercial leadership on a major hiring initiative
- Deliver best-in-class talent solutions across junior commercial and sales roles
- Operate in a highly visible role with exposure to senior stakeholders across the business
- Act as a subject-matter expert in hiring, inclusion & diversity, employer brand and data insights
- Coach and influence stakeholders to drive strong hiring decisions and outcomes
About You
- Experienced in-house Talent Acquisition professional
- Strong talent judgement with a clear sense of ownership and accountability
- Proven ability to deliver in a fast-paced, ambiguous and matrixed environment
- Confident managing and influencing multiple senior stakeholders using a consultative approach
- Passionate about inclusive hiring and driving change
Essential Experience
- Commercial / Sales hiring experience (essential)
- FMCG or similar fast-paced consumer business experience (desirable)
