Quantity Surveyors / Managing Quantity Surveyors Greater London | Chesterfield | Manchester | Bournemouth | Peterborough Permanent Looking for your next commercial opportunity within major infrastructure and water projects?

I'm currently working with a number of leading contractors and project delivery organisations who are looking to add Quantity Surveyors and Managing Quantity Surveyors to their growing commercial teams across the UK.

These roles offer the chance to work on long-term frameworks and capital delivery programmes within the water and infrastructure sectors.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Managing the commercial delivery of projects and work packages
  • Administering NEC contracts and managing contractual requirements
  • Producing cost reports, forecasts, valuations and payment applications
  • Working closely with delivery, design and supply chain teams to control project costs
  • Managing subcontractor procurement and performance
  • Identifying commercial risks and opportunities across projects
  • Supporting successful project delivery through proactive commercial management What we're looking for
  • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Managing Quantity Surveyor
  • Strong knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts
  • Background in Water, Utilities, Civil Engineering, Infrastructure or MEICA projects
  • Degree qualified or equivalent
  • Working towards or already holding professional chartership (RICS, ICES or similar)
  • Strong commercial, contractual and stakeholder management skills
