Total Reward Advisor Maidenhead Short Term contract We are supporting a client in the search for a Total Reward Advisor to join their People & Reward team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in HR, Reward or Finance who enjoys working with data, compensation processes and employee reward programmes.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting salary reviews, bonus schemes, benchmarking and reward analytics, while providing insights to help shape reward strategies and enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities Act as an escalation point for compensation-related queries.

Support annual salary review, promotion and pay increase processes.

Assist with reporting, data validation, reward analysis and system administration.

Administer bonus schemes, including reporting, calculations and payroll coordination.

Conduct job evaluations and salary benchmarking activities.

Complete salary survey submissions and maintain compensation data.

Support gender and ethnicity pay gap reporting.

Contribute to reward projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Experience Minimum 2 years' experience within a Reward, HR or Finance environment.

Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, LOOKUPs and data analysis.

Strong numerical and analytical capabilities with excellent attention to detail.

Experience working with HR systems and employee data.

Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.

Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Desirable Experience Previous experience within a Reward or Compensation role.

Exposure to salary benchmarking and job evaluation.

Knowledge of pay gap reporting.

Experience with HRIS platforms such as Oracle HCM.
