Our Client has a requirement for an Administrative Assistant, who will be required to work on a contract basis in Surrey.
Role Purpose:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to a busy project team.
Coordinate office, travel, meeting, and documentation activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Support project personnel with systems access, onboarding, and administrative processes.
Maintain accurate records, registers, and project documentation.
Job Role Responsibilities:
Manage project correspondence, including numbering, issuing, and filing documentation.
Organise access arrangements for new starters and visitors.
Arrange IT access and onboarding requirements for new team members.
Coordinate and manage office moves.
Organise meetings, including room bookings and catering requirements.
Liaise with IT teams regarding conference room issues and general technology requirements.
Arrange business travel, including flights, accommodation, and transport.
Maintain administrative registers and project records.
Coordinate project events, celebrations, VIP visits, and catering arrangements.
Manage office supplies and printer requirements.
Cross-check and process expense documentation.
Provide general administrative support to the wider project team as required.
Experience / Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications:
Proven experience in an Administrative Assistant or similar support role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and DocuSign.
