The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
To support the Project Team in developing plans and programmes to manage, monitor, and report on project progress. The role will provide assistance to the Project Planner and Planning Manager as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planner in producing comprehensive project programmes
- Assist with the development, maintenance, and updating of project schedules
- Undertake programme-related responsibilities as directed by the Planner, Senior Planner, or Planning Manager
- Ensure programme quality standards are met by carrying out quality checks
- Perform programme housekeeping tasks, including coding, calendar management, and milestone reviews
- Support month-end programme updates and reporting
- Undertake additional tasks as required to support the planning and programme function
Position Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience using planning software, ideally Primavera P6
- Experience in planning roles on small to non-complex, multidisciplinary projects
- Experience in monthly programme updates and schedule management
- Strong professional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and strong attention to detail
- Good commercial awareness
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to obtain Security Clearance
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Educated to Diploma level or equivalent
- Experience working with Primavera P6
- Experience working on NEC contracts
