Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Inspector to join a long-term contract working in a high-security environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and verify electrical installations for compliance with current regulations and standards
- Carry out electrical testing, inspection, and certification
- Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and workmanship
- Identify defects and non-compliances and support corrective actions
- Work in line with site safety procedures and security requirements
- Liaise with site teams, supervisors, and management
Essential Requirements
- 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
- 2391 / 2392 Inspection & Testing qualification
- Valid CSCS Card
- Proven quality electrical inspection experience
- Ability to obtain SC Security Clearance
- Sole British National (mandatory for clearance)
Travel & Accommodation
- £50 per night accommodation allowance when staying away from home
- Paid travel time:
- 5 hours per week, or
- 2 hours per day if commuting locally
