We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support construction projects through the implementation of Management and Construction Information Systems. The role focuses on quantity management, progress measurement, cost control, and reporting, ensuring full compliance with project and Company procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritise safety of personnel, environment, and equipment
  • Manage and update Bills of Quantities and quantity records
  • Update project management systems with accurate site data
  • Monitor quantities, progress, man-hours, and equipment usage
  • Support valuation of extra works, dayworks, NPs and CWOs
  • Certify subcontractor progress and ensure accurate work statements
  • Support cost reporting, forecasts, and cost-to-complete estimates
  • Assist with risk identification, claims management, and feasibility reviews
  • Ensure compliance with Company procedures, contracts, and subcontract requirements
Required Experience
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the oil & gas and/or renewable energy sector
  • Strong understanding of construction quantity management and progress measurement
  • Experience working with project management and reporting systems
