A highly respected international engineering and consultancy organisation is seeking a senior Human Factors leader to play a pivotal role in the continued growth of its Safety & Risk capability across major nuclear, defence and critical infrastructure programmes.
This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced Human Factors professional who can combine deep technical expertise with commercial awareness, capability development and stakeholder influence at senior level. The successful candidate will help shape the future direction of the Human Factors offering within a well-established consultancy environment supporting some of the UK's most complex and safety-critical projects.
You will work closely with technical and commercial stakeholders to strengthen market positioning, support business growth initiatives and provide technical leadership across a varied project portfolio. This role offers significant influence across both operational delivery and long-term strategy.
