Weekend Cover Site Manager – Refurbishment Project – Glenrothes Location: Glenrothes, Fife Duration: 5 weeks Working Days: Friday, Saturday & Sunday Start Date: 1st August 2025 Pay Type: Ltd Company, CIS or PAYE We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to provide weekend cover on a small refurbishment project in Glenrothes. The role will involve overseeing all site activities, ensuring health & safety compliance, managing subcontractors, and maintaining high standards of work and site presentation. Key Responsibilities: * Supervision of all site operations over the weekend * Coordination of trades and subcontractors * Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations * Maintaining project timelines and quality standards * Reporting progress to the project team Requirements: * SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) – essential * First Aid at Work – essential * Proven experience managing refurbishment or construction projects * Ability to work independently and communicate effectively * Availability for all 5 weekends from 1st August For more information, please contact Andrea Gaffney.
