We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the office fit-out phase of a large construction project. This is a high-profile, £4m development, and the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
For the right individual, this could also be considered as a salaried role if this was the preference.
Key Responsibilities:- Day-to-day supervision of site activities during the office fit-out phase
- Coordination of trades and subcontractors, with a particular focus on joinery and interior fit-out
- Ensuring works are completed to design specifications and quality standards
- Managing health and safety compliance on site
- Reporting progress, issues, and updates to the Project Manager
- Proven experience in site supervision, ideally on high-value commercial fit-outs
- Trade background in joinery preferred
- Valid SSSTS certification
- CSCS card
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain a positive, productive site environment
- First Aid at Work certification
