Location: Johnstone (A Listed Building) Duration: Friday 29th August – Friday 12th September Project Scope: Scaffold management, stone cleaning, internal downtakings, and slate stripping We are recruiting a Site Manager with proven heritage building experience to lead works on a listed building. This role involves overseeing scaffold erection, stone cleaning, internal downtakings, and stripping of slate, ensuring works respect the building’s historic integrity. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and supervise heritage building works to high conservation standards * Manage scaffolding, stone cleaning, and specialist trades * Ensure all activities comply with conservation guidelines and H&S requirements * Communicate effectively with project team and stakeholders Requirements: * Strong background in managing works on listed/heritage buildings * Knowledge of scaffold safety, stone cleaning, and traditional building methods * Excellent communication and leadership skills * SMSTS (or equivalent) and First Aid certification
