Due to continued business growth, we’re looking for a motivated and energetic Site Manager to join the team!
About the Role:
As Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing fit out and refurbishment projects from start to finish, ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards - reporting to an off-site Contracts Manager. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You’ll be on-site, managing trades, liaising with clients, and ensuring health & safety is maintained at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in fast-paced fit out environments (retail fit out experience is a bonus)
- Willingness to travel nationwide – travel, accommodation and subsistence expenses are covered
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Good IT literacy
Requirements:
- SMSTS Certification
- Black CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work
- Full UK Driving Licence
