Preconstruction Quantity Surveyor Falkirk 60-70k We are delighted to be working with major contractor within the affordable housing sector, to help source a Pre Construction Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Reporting to the Pre-Construction Director, you’ll be responsible for: * Support the Preconstruction Commercial Manager in the preconstruction processes from viability through to contract award. * Commercial management of projects through preconstruction phase * Develop and improve the calibre of our supply chain, monitoring supply chain performance * Take a partnering approach to working with all key stakeholders * Manage a workload of several projects or tenders at a time * Contributing to all estimating meetings as part of the bid sign-off process * Demonstrate a strong commercial awareness identifying opportunities and risks * Provide turnover, profit and programme projections in support of setting, monitoring and updating business targets.
