Backshift Site Manager 📍 Location: Perth 📆 Contract Duration: 26th February – 26th May 2025 ⏰ Shift Pattern: * Monday – Thursday – 4pm – 2am Are you an experienced Site Manager who fancies a 4 day week? Lucky for you, First Task Professional are seeking a Backshift Site Manager to oversee project operations for one of our valued clients on a large construction project in Perth! The Role: As the Weekend Site Manager, you’ll work closely with the Project Management Team to ensure health, safety, and quality standards are maintained. Your responsibilities will include: ✔ Leading and mentoring the project team. ✔ Managing any project delays effectively. ✔ Ensuring quality control and compliance with Robertson Management Systems. ✔ Completing daily site reports. ✔ Coordinating and controlling staff, labour, and subcontractors. ✔ Managing site logistics and ensuring safe working conditions. ✔ Maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the design team. What We’re Looking For: ✔ Valid CSCS card ✔ SMSTS certification ✔ First Aid at Work qualification ✔ Strong leadership and communication skills ✔ Highly organised with attention to detail Role can be worked Ltd, CIS or PAYE 💡 Interested?
