We are working with a growing civils contractor who have secured a maintenance contract at Grangemouth, alongside a pipeline of civils packages, and are now looking to appoint a Project Manager to head up delivery.
The Role
This is a leadership position, responsible for overseeing a delivery team across both term maintenance works and project-based civils packages. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing site teams and delivery staff across the contract
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, programme, and performance
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Managing multiple workstreams within a live, operational environment
- Driving performance across safety, quality, and commercial outcomes
- Acting as a key point of contact for client and stakeholder engagement
Project / Environment
Long-term term maintenance contract at FPS Grangemouth. Additional civils packages delivered alongside core works. Working within a live industrial / process environment.

- Strong background in civils and infrastructure delivery
