We are working with a growing civils contractor who have secured a maintenance contract at Grangemouth, alongside a pipeline of civils packages, and are now looking to appoint a Project Manager to head up delivery.

The Role

This is a leadership position, responsible for overseeing a delivery team across both term maintenance works and project-based civils packages. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing site teams and delivery staff across the contract
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations, programme, and performance
  • Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
  • Managing multiple workstreams within a live, operational environment
  • Driving performance across safety, quality, and commercial outcomes
  • Acting as a key point of contact for client and stakeholder engagement

Project / Environment

Long-term term maintenance contract at FPS Grangemouth. Additional civils packages delivered alongside core works. Working within a live industrial / process environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong background in civils and infrastructure delivery
  • Experience working in live / regulated environments (e.g. industrial, energy, petrochemical)
  • Ability to manage teams, multiple projects, and client relationships
