Freelance Civils Site Manager - Power Projects
We are currently looking to speak with experienced Freelance Civils Site Managers for ongoing power and energy infrastructure projects across the Edinburgh area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing sector with a strong pipeline of work across substations, grid upgrades, cable infrastructure and associated civils packages.
Role
- Managing day-to-day site operations on civils packages within live power projects
- Overseeing subcontractors, HSEQ compliance and programme delivery
- Coordinating works and access infrastructure
- Liaising with engineers, commercial teams and client representatives
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to specification
Requirements
- Proven background as a Site Manager within civils/infrastructure projects
- Ideally experience within the power, utilities, or transmission sectors
- Strong understanding of HSEQ and site documentation
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred
- NEC project exposure advantageous
