We’re working with a well-established contractor delivering a range of facade packages across Central Scotland, and they’re looking to appoint a Project Manager to support their growing pipeline of work.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing multiple facade packages, with a focus on aluminium curtain walling systems, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget. Typical duties will include:
- Managing projects through to completion
- Coordinating design, procurement, and installation teams
- Liaising with main contractors, consultants, and clients
- Overseeing programme, cost control, and quality standards
- Managing site teams and subcontractors
- Ensuring full compliance with H&S and industry regulations
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Project Manager ideally within facades / curtain walling or main contracting
- Understanding of aluminium systems and installation processes
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive programme delivery
- Good commercial awareness and reporting capability
