We’re working with a well-established contractor delivering a range of facade packages across Central Scotland, and they’re looking to appoint a Project Manager to support their growing pipeline of work.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing multiple facade packages, with a focus on aluminium curtain walling systems, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget. Typical duties will include:

  • Managing projects through to completion
  • Coordinating design, procurement, and installation teams
  • Liaising with main contractors, consultants, and clients
  • Overseeing programme, cost control, and quality standards
  • Managing site teams and subcontractors
  • Ensuring full compliance with H&S and industry regulations

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager ideally within facades / curtain walling or main contracting
  • Understanding of aluminium systems and installation processes
