We are working with an established and well-respected civil engineering contractor with a strong presence across Scotland’s power and renewable energy sectors. Due to continued growth and a secure pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Civils Project Manager to support the delivery of projects primarily within the power and wind farm sectors. This is a key role within the business, offering long-term stability and the opportunity to work on high-profile energy infrastructure projects.

The Role

  • Overall management of civils projects from pre-construction through to completion
  • Planning, programming, and resourcing of works
  • Management of site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards
  • Client and stakeholder liaison
  • Cost control, progress reporting, and risk management
  • Supporting commercial teams with change management and forecasting

About You

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within civil engineering
  • Background delivering projects in power, wind farms, renewables, or utilities
  • Strong understanding of civils works including earthworks, drainage, concrete, access roads, and infrastructure
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • SMSTS and CSCS required
  • Full UK driving licence
