An established and growing civil engineering contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Engineer to support the delivery of major infrastructure and groundworks projects across Scotland. The business has a strong pipeline of work across:
- Industrial and commercial developments
- Groundworks & drainage
- Education and healthcare projects
- Large-scale civils and earthworks packages
The Role
Working closely with the site and project management teams, you will be responsible for:
- Setting out for civils and groundworks packages
- QA, as-builts and site records
- Surveying and site control
- Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme
- Ensuring high standards of HSEQ compliance on site
- Supporting delivery teams across drainage, roads, foundations, concrete and external works
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer within civils or infrastructure projects
- Strong setting out capability using GPS / Total Station equipment
- Experience in drainage, roads, earthworks and reinforced concrete works advantageous
- Good understanding of QA processes and site documentation
